Vetro · Talent acquisition

One platform for high-volume recruitment.

Vetro runs every stage of a large, multi-stage hiring programme: your rules, your assessment tiers, your evaluation metrics. It brings real-time applicant validation, conflict-free interview scheduling and instant merit-list re-ranking, and leaves every hiring decision to your people.

What it does

A single talent acquisition platform built for the scale, security and structural integrity that high-volume, multi-stage recruitment demands. The recruitment stages are the system's workbenches: the organisation defines its hiring rules, assessment tiers and evaluation metrics, and Vetro supplies real-time applicant validation, conflict-free interview scheduling, secure digital evaluation forms and instant merit-list re-ranking.

The problem it solves. Thousands of applications sit in scattered spreadsheets, complex eligibility rules are checked by hand, and third-party assessment results are merged manually. That invites data-entry errors and compliance gaps.

Where the judgement staysVetro applies the rules you give it, moves candidates between stages, schedules, reminds, imports and records. It does not rate a candidate, set a cut-off, award a star, select the final candidates, or decide where a trainee is placed. Those stay with your people.
A workbench for every stage
ApplicationA branded candidate portal, with format and uniqueness checks as the candidate types, and a status page they can check themselves. An intake monitor for HR, with data-quality exceptions grouped by reason.
EligibilityUniversity groups, thresholds and batch rules held as editable rules, not spreadsheet formulas. An impact preview shows who a change would add or remove before it is saved.
Online testEligible lists go to the testing partner and results come back, matched automatically. A pass-mark view shows the score distribution against interview capacity, with an optional fairness view.
Screening interviewsPanels built from available interviewers, slots by city and venue, confirmations and waitlists. A tablet evaluation form captures competency ratings during the interview, and the rating routes the candidate by rules you write.
Assessment centreInvitations, attendance and results import with an exception queue. Nothing is scored until a named person accepts the partner's file.
Merit listOne weighted score across stages, with weights set by you. Change a weight and the list re-ranks immediately; the cut-off is drawn where you draw it, and every star is recorded with its reason.
Final interviews and placementLogistics only: scheduling, packs and offer paperwork. Placement suggestions are advisory and can be overridden without justification.
Across all stagesA master candidate tracker with one row per candidate, a lateral pool with consent and company requests, and a live programme dashboard.

Who it's for

Vetro is built for teams that live in this work every day. It fits the tools they already run and the way they already work.

What it does

Four things Vetro does that general software doesn't, each one shaped with the people who use it.

Real-time applicant validationEntries are checked as the candidate types, duplicates surface as a near-match for a person to decide, and anything the system cannot settle goes in a queue rather than being guessed.
Predictive impact previewsSimulate a change to selection criteria or test thresholds and see the downstream effect on capacity before making a live rule change.
Interview logistics matrixMulti-venue, multi-city interview schedules mapped to interviewer availability, with slot conflicts avoided.
Internal asset poolStrong runners-up stay in a central, searchable talent pool so business units or group companies can request pre-screened shortlists.
Live cycle analyticsSee where candidates sit in the pipeline and which stage slows the hiring cycle, while there is still time to act.
Configured by your own teamSystem rules, automated communications, data masking and user access are set directly by the customer's team, without continuous outside technical support.
Built-in assurance
  • Server-side role validation and automated data masking, applied to exports as well as the screen.
  • An append-only transaction log that cannot be edited or deleted by any user level.
  • Full data ownership: export files in open formats at any time.
  • Encryption at rest and in transit, with sensitive personal fields encrypted at column level.
  • Sized well above the present requirement: designed for tens of thousands of applications in one programme, with a load test on a deadline-day profile before go-live.
Deployment

Secure private cloud, or fully on-premises. Works alongside existing ERP, CRM and corporate directory systems. Phased roll-out: the candidate portal and master tracker first, then eligibility and screening, leaving spreadsheets in place without disturbing downstream operations. Open candidate profiles migrate intact; older cycle files stay read-only.

How we start
  1. An enterprise architecture walkthrough: an interactive working session with leadership and HR teams, using your own structure, assessment metrics and tiers.
  2. We agree the decisions that shape the build: hosting, data residency, sign-in and the rules of each stage.
  3. Delivery in phases, with the work you most want to be relieved of first. Nothing goes live before you have seen it.

Screens and figures from the programme proposal are design mock-ups with illustrative data.
